Our formula is crafted with plant-based, non-nano ingredients, ensuring a powerful barrier against the sun that limits any harm to our reef. A portion of every sale goes directly toward planting new coral on our reef.

Why are reef-friendly products so important? When you swim with traditional sunscreen, the chemical filters wash off and come in contact with coral where they act as a poison, causing permanent damage.

Reef-friendly vs reef-safe: Our formula meets all "reef-safe" standards, yet we deliberately choose the term reef-friendly as we believe no substance is 100% "safe" when introduced to our delicate marine ecosystem. The truly 'safest' choice is minimizing what we put into the ocean.

We believe in being upfront and honest. We only use the highest quality ingredients that protect your skin and our reef. Our sunscreen lotion's active ingredient is non-nano zinc oxide, the golden standard for reef safety. This is combined with the inactive ingredients of organic coconut oil, organic sunflower oil, organic jojoba oil, organic beeswax and tocopherol (vitamin e).
